If there is a requirement where Money Reclaim Expert is delivering hardware as part of a solution this will be delivered acording to your proposal under section "Delivery Schedule", in there you will find delivery times and details on our standard delivery vendor United Parcel Service (UPS) who insure all deliverys for us on a replacement for new service. What this means is that even if the delivery is a second hand device and it is damaged in transit UPS will replace it with a new device within 14 days.
